Summary
Provide daily administrative and general business support to the Vice President- Retail Controller and FP&A and his direct reports.
Responsibilities
* Provide overall administrative support including; preparation of expense reports for Directors and Sr. Managers, develop presentation materials, processing and tracking invoices, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, acting as group timekeeper, facilitating all IT needs for the group and other general group support as required * Assist with group budget preparation; provide monthly variance reports and forecast updates * Responsible for updating and maintaining the group Business Continuation Plans * Responsible for compiling periodic group highlights as well as tracking and maintaining group goals * Support group Directors and Sr. Managers with general reporting and analytical requests * Support the team with running and reviewing batch reports as well as various research requests * Interface with other internal departments in the resolution of retail business issues as required
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required * Energy industry experience and experience in accounting and FP&A environments is preferred. * Advanced Microsoft office skills required * Advanced spreadsheet and/or database skills preferred * Ability to manage multiple tasks and demanding workload; excellent time and project management skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to coordinate and work well with others * Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of internal and external customers in a professional manner * Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment * Ability to maintain and work with occasional confidential information * Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work extended hours on occasion
