**Description** HayStak Digital Marketing is seeking an Account Manager to support assigned clients with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. This individual’s primary responsibility will be to develop a thorough understanding of automotive dealership clients by understanding trends, internal reporting tools and online marketing needs. The Account Manager (SEO/SEM) will sit in our Ft. Help drive our CTR and apply today! **Key Responsibilities** **Account Management** - Report to clients once a week by email, once a month by phone to communicate account status and address any questions or concerns - Manage and execute budgets accordingly - Manage 60 plus large, complex accounts both internally and externally - Execute Internet marketing campaigns for each client, including conversion and ROI optimization Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients’ marketing needs from philosophies, targeted demos, geographies of scale and budgets - Ensuring that account tracking tools and reports are active - Proactively check and identify accounts that are likely to become a problem accounts - Communicate with management on analyses and recommend solution **Client Service Expectations** - Develop and strengthen relationships with clients - Exchange feedback with clients and consult with Haystak management to enhance the quality of service - Ensure complete client satisfaction - Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account - Determine the appropriate products, services and pricing structure that satisfies the clients’ needs and Haystak’s business objectives - Be available to receive and answer calls from the clients - Educate clients on proper utilization of reports provided and offer additional assistance as necessary
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1+ years of account management experience - Demonstrated Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, ability to analyze data) - Ability to understand and explain Web advertising concepts, trends and technologies - Ability to effectively work and communicate with automotive dealership clients - Demonstrated superior customer service skills with focus on B2B customers - Excellent time management, multi-tasking and follow up skills are a must - Must have strong attention to detail - Must have strong organizational skills - Experience working in a fast-paced team environment - Must be a team player and fast learner - Marketing or advertising background is preferred - Knowledge of SEM tools such as Kenshoo, Google AdWords or Bing adCenter - Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM or other related CRM - Online advertising/production background preferred - Familiar with account management and advertising agency processes preferred - Familiar with online advertising trends is preferred
