Lytx is rapidly scaling and looking for a like-minded Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The Client Onboarding Coordinator will own tasks and assignments related to the success of new customer initiation ensuring the first sixty days are seamless. With oversight from the Client Success Manager, this candidate will complete a variety of tasks in a collaborative environment interacting with cross-functional team members which consist of inside sales, client account managers, Tech Support, and partner installers. Since there will be a heavy emphasis on working with the customer and our 3rd party installation partners, a strong customer centric mindset is critical to success. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills and some familiarity with CRM programs, preferably Salesforce.
Responsibilities
* Project creation, processing, and milestone tracking * Take ownership of new customers and follow client onboarding through to completion * Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports * Frequent resolution surrounding installation services which may include: proper paperwork completion, issue resolution, record reconciliations * Research of shipping discrepancies and other logistic aspects * Utilization of Salesforce.com, and a proprietary software solution daily during new client establishment * Daily interaction with sales professionals in a collaborative environment * The ability to perform all duties in keeping with the Company's core values, policies and all applicable regulations * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Experience and Qualifications:** * Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data entry * College education required OR 2+ years of client facing experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with Salesforce is a plus (Or another CRM) * Proven working experience in client facing roles. * Fulfilled when working in a fast-paced, energized, self-starter environment * Self-starter; able to be proactive * Great at finding solutions in an unstructured environment
