Salesforce Engineer

Twitch is the world’s leading video platform and community for gamers, with more than 100 million visitors per month. We connect gamers from around the world by allowing them to broadcast, watch, and chat with each other. Twitch’s live and on-demand video platform forms the backbone of a distribution network for video game broadcasters including pro players, tournaments, leagues, developers and gaming media organizations.

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer (6 month Contract) to support the Partnerships division of Twitch. The Partnerships division of Twitch manages key relationships with partnered content creators of Twitch. The Partnerships Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for executing key features on the Salesforce platform to drive content growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is detail oriented, organized, and has strong project management skills.

* Improve workflows, email alerts, custom objects, page layouts, fields to improve reporting, tool efficiency, and usage by the Partnerships team * Manage user profiles, sharing rules and security within the Partnerships team * Ensure data integrity and quality * Collaborate with Twitch engineering on any third-party tool integration with SFDC to ensure a well-defined and clean data flow (ex.: partner statistics, Hellosign/Docusign contract status) * Generate reports with Salesforce regional heads and global head of the Partnerships organization * Work closely with various teams and leadership within the Partnerships organization to identify and execute current and emerging user needs * Strong interest in growing technical Salesforce system skills

**Requirements:** * 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Administration – strong proficiency in SFDC terminologies, administrative tasks, API, database, and configurations * Excellent communication and attention to detail * Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills * Ability to execute, results-driven approach * Proficiency in Excel, and in SFDC reporting functionality **Bonus Points** * Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and/or Developer certification a plus
