The VP Sales, North America will drive our business activity across major media agencies, trading desks, brands and will be accountable for the commercial growth. The role will play a pivotal part in growing our brand presence across the US which represents over two-thirds of the company’s revenue and is critical to the success of the company. The VP will drive the company’s North American growth strategy and its execution to help us achieve our goals. This person will lead a team of senior sales leaders for Advertiser and Enterprise sales across the key regions in North America. This individual will be responsible for the commercial growth of the North American region.
- Develop strategies on winning new business while retaining existing clients to achieve the company’s goals
- Help Identify and close advertising partners that are consistent with LoopMe strategy.
- Managing and mentoring team members across all the various functions
- Develop strategic relationships with large agencies and advertisers.
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Manage multiple business units in a start-up environment.
- Demonstrated success building a go-to-market strategy and regional sales plan for a rapidly growing ad tech company.
- Successful at closing complex digital solutions to Media Agencies, brands, trading desks
- Proven experience managing a team of sales directors to ensure progress against stated expectations
- Successful experience leading a team of sales directors and 25+ salespeople.
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
- Successful experience leveraging Salesforce to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
- Successful experience hiring and onboarding top performing sales executives.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, mid-size company.
- An understanding of the mobile or video advertising market: products, players, technologies.
- Comfortable understanding and explaining a base level of technical information to non-technical people.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ambition to help build a market leading business.
