Summary
As the RVP of Enterprise Sales at Radius, you will have full ownership and responsibility for managing an enterprise focused, SF based sales team, and ensuring achievement of significant new customer revenue growth targets that support the company’s objectives. We are seeking an outstanding and experienced sales leader who will execute a multi-faceted sales strategy to gain market share and build the highest levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. We are looking for someone that enjoys building high performance sales teams, helping the team members close key milestone accounts and instituting “best of breed” process.
Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership, vision and direction for the sales organization * Monitor and track sales team individual performance, strengths and weakness, and be able to clearly communicate evaluations and execute developmental steps where necessary * Be accountable for the attainment of assigned new customer acquisition and financial performance targets * Manage, mentor and develop the Enterprise sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Account Executives on sales process * Track and analyze sales activities to understand how to capitalize on market trends * Maintain a high level of knowledge of Radius solutions while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape * Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive deal closureMeet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue and productivity targets assigned * Travel <40% to meet with customers and prospects
Ideal Candidate
* Innovative and results driven sales executive with 8+ years of overall B2B sales experience * Must have a 5+ year track record of success, managing a high performance SaaS sales team * Previous experience as a quota carrying individual contributor in an enterprise level SaaS company preferred * Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline guidance * Entrepreneurial, self-directed with a passion to succeed * Must be analytical and metrics driven through all stages of the sales cycle * Experience in fast-paced, high growth tech start-up environment * Experience selling SaaS offerings to business and IT decision makers * Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CRM, and go to market operations * Bachelor’s degree
