Summary

LivePerson is currently seeking a Key Account Director to join our Field team based out of our New York office or remotely in Western USA.
Responsibilities
* Direct and support the overall transformation of how your brands will manage relationships with their customers. * Plan, develop and execute sales strategies with the goal to exceed an established quota * Manage your deals through a proven sales process (MEDDICC) * Develop and grow strategic relationships at the executive level * Manage internal LP network of Sales Support (Sales Consulting, Sales Development, Marketing, Deal Desk, Legal) * Ensure various customers, internal & external stakeholders work in harmony to deliver against an agreed set of customer goals * Increase customer loyalty and lifetime value * Advocate for improving Net Promoter and CSAT scores for potential clients * Advocate for increasing MCS for customers (Meaningful Connection Score) * Deliver maximum yield per call center agent labor hour
Ideal Candidate
* Be a Challenger * 10+ years’ field sales experience * SaaS, Contact Center, internet, e-commerce, or online marketing experience (Genysys and Avaya backgrounds = very good fit) * Consistent track record of success and achievement * Ability to create a Strategic Account Plan to navigate an Enterprise Organization through to deal closure * Proven ability to close new business * Proven ability to grow and retain existing business * Ability to prepare and deliver detailed Return on Investment analysis * Be transformative, energetic, a hunter, organized, process oriented, self-starter, fast learner, consultant for others, big thinker, and team player * Ability to quickly and clearly communicate complicated concepts * Be comfortable and excited by contract negotiations * Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills * Experience with Salesforce * Experience selling transformational technology
