Responsibilities
* Generate new business policy and premiums sales. * Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and high customer retention. * Select, coach and develop a sales and service team to meet/exceed their goals. * Manage acquisition and service cost for Branch assignment.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * Knowledge of personal lines products and services preferred. * Proven success with prior sales or service or related experience required. * Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills, including group and individual presentation, persuasion, negotiation and customer service skills. * Requires excellent organizational skills, effective time management, strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills. * Ability to secure property, casualty and life license. * Prior supervisory experience is helpful. **Required steps:** You are required to complete an assessment as part of the application process for this position.
