Customer Logistics Consultant

Our Customer Logistics Managers have a deep understanding of both The LEGO Group and our Customers` logistics processes. They are dedicated to creating and implementing solutions that lead to enhanced quality and service levels balanced with improved costs.

* Work in close partnership with many of our internal departments, such as Market Operations, Sales and Global Supply Chain. * Optimize distributional setups from Order Management/order drop to customers’ shelves while balancing service and cost. * Conduct internal and external reviews and workshop to identify new opportunities for improvements and cost reduction. * Monitor the broader market and the progress of our competitors. Benchmark our services to find new ways of differentiating our Supply Chain offer and support innovation in The LEGO Group’s supply chain. * Maintain close contact with key customers to assist them in logistical optimization and general satisfaction with our unique partnerships. * Serve as a team player by supporting and developing others through knowledge sharing and embedding yourself as a valuable contributor.

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * A proven track record in project management will be essential as well as strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills * Excellent communications skills, with very good oral and written English language skills * Solid MS Office knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint * 1 to 3 years’ experience in logistics and distribution * Ability to travel 25 days per year
