Summary
Leesa is seeking an experienced email marketing specialist to join the digital marketing team who can take ownership of, manage, and develop best-in-class practices for email marketing, segmentation, drip campaigns and lead nurturing.
Responsibilities
* Manage Leesa’s email marketing program on a daily basis and take ownership and responsibility for list and revenue growth * Work with creative team to develop beautiful, responsive emails and ensure they are properly coded, tested and scheduled * Develop and implement a robust auto-responder drip campaign for both pre-purchase and post-purchase customer journeys * Create a list segmentation strategy to cross-sell products, nurture new leads into the funnel and increase lifetime customer value * Manage exit intent, on-site sign up forms and abandoned cart email logic * Brainstorm campaign and holiday-specific email creative and proactively work with design and marketing teams to produce email content * Work with Leesa and Sapira Brand Managers to plan and execute brand partnership sweepstakes * Proactively manage and troubleshoot email deliverability issue * QA test email sends across a variety of email clients * Continuously work to improve and update email design and content * Act as the main agency / vendor point of contact for email marketing vendors and software tools * Create weekly and monthly reports detailing email list growth, revenue generated through email, and other relevant data
Ideal Candidate
* 2-4+ years of experience in email marketing * Expert knowledge of auto-responder series, list building & segmentation * Solid design aesthetic and copywriting skills * Experience with MailChimp, Klaviyo, Bronto or similar ESP * Working knowledge of technical principles involved (HTML/CSS) * Well-versed in marketing speak: CPA, CPL, CTR, impressions, etc. * E-commerce / consumer product marketing experience a plus * Bachelor’s degree preferred
