Summary
The CRM Marketing Manager will drive execution of consumer relationship marketing efforts, contribute ideas and help improve the future performance of these efforts. Specifically, this person will own the consumer relationship for assigned segments from strategy to execution. Responsible for driving daily results as well as long term planning.
Responsibilities
* Lead the creative development of marketing materials for direct marketing efforts, working with internal resources and internal customers. * Develop and execute both retention and trigger based campaigns driving customer engagement and revenue win assigned segments. * Work Tech/IT teams to refine systems and infrastructure to support new campaigns. * Subject matter expert at LendingTree on creative design for email and direct mail marketing materials, contributing this expertise throughout the company as needed. * Work to optimize ISP deliverability. * Subject matter expert on A/B and other testing methodology. * Participate in project brainstorms for all products and test new ideas on an ongoing basis. * Monitor and report results and overall campaign analysis for customer email programs. * Experience collaborating with technical teams.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree * 2+ years experience in Direct Marketing * 2+ years experience developing campaigns with an Email Service ProviderKnowledge of overall email process * Knowledge of ESP platforms, preferably StrongView * Knowledge with Adobe Photoshop and DreamWeaver preferred * Expert knowledge of A/B testing and other marketing testing methodology * Effective oral and written communication skills * Strong project management skills * Strong Analytical skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines * Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in directions * Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS * Previous experience with Financial Products
