To date, we operate seven appointment-only showrooms in New York, Chicago, D.C., Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Francisco, in addition to our e-commerce based business.
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing professional to oversee the analytics and strategy of our online and offline businesses. A strong, proven track record of marketing campaign design, e-Commerce website optimization, online retail, and lead generation are a must. Candidate must have extensive experience in allocation of advertising dollars across multiple channels (online, print, etc). This role will join the Senior Management Team in our New York City HQ.
Responsibilities
* Allocating monthly advertising budget across online and print channels * Establishing and analyzing measurements of key metrics such as site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates in efforts to optimize marketing spend * Overseeing lead generation efforts for both online and offline channels using SEO and SEM * Devising, designing, and executing marketing campaigns in conjunction with operations, creative, and sales team * Establishing strategies for e-commerce and showrooms to support brand awareness, traffic creation, web engagement, and lead conversion objectives * Designing user experiences that guide prospects from first brand contact to point of purchase * Establishing optimization model for higher average checkout values and lower customer acquisition costs * Working with production/operations staff to perpetually improve customer service, order delivery, and new product releases * Preparing reports to senior leadership on campaign performance and website analytics
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of marketing campaign design and/or 4+ years of SEO, SEM, or e-Commerce/online retail experience * Prior successful launch or growth of an omni-channel (e-Commerce + offline) platform * Experience with web analytics tools, search optimization, and web UX optimization strategies * Familiarity and passion for the menswear industry * Able to make independent decisions * Enjoyable, personable, fun to be around * Able to self-manage, and work remotely with a minimum of daily oversight * Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities * Participative management type * Able to get along with diverse personalities * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal * Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations * High technical proficiency with web technologies
