Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager will play an important role in building and optimizing our marketing automation and demand generation programs across channels. In this role you will help build scalable programs, manage lead generation, scoring and distribution as well as oversee and optimize our SEO and SEM programs.
Responsibilities
* List and database management – Build process to ensure the integrity of CRM data, manage list acquisition and distribution of new leads; * Manage the ordering and production of printed materials including collateral and promotional items; * Reporting and Optimization – provide monthly reporting on campaign performance, website analytics and lead generation initiatives; * Work with our outside vendor on website updates to improve tracking and conversion; * Work with Services team to set-up salesforce campaigns and dashboards that enable monthly reporting and ROI tracking
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to create and manage technical aspects and business process around all marketing activities; * Experience working with Salesforce.com and email marketing platforms such as mailchimp and hubspot required; * Understanding and/or experience in digital advertising; * Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward; * Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments; * Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight; * Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment; * Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively; * Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic; * Proven academic and/or professional achievement. **Education Requirement** * A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered. **Experience Requirement** * 3-5 years of full-time marketing experience with proven results.
