Summary
Our client, the largest Pharmacy Benefit Management firm, is currently seeking an Project Coordinator (Administrative) for a 6+ month contract position with the opportunity of extension.
Responsibilities
**Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):** Assist with projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. **Specific Job Duties:** * Support production staff on client projects * Coordinate creative projects * Develop and maintain MS Excel spreadsheets (budgets and print specifications) * Develop and maintain MS Project timelines * Proofread and format materials in MS Word * Organize Project Active and Archive files (electronic and paper files) * Prepare for client meetings and deliverables * Create and develop visual presentations * Serve as meeting planner, as needed * Support meeting planning team to prepare for meetings * Maintain relationships with vendors and freelancers
Ideal Candidate
* Generally has 2-5 years’ experience. * Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving skills * Able to multi-task effectively, juggling several projects concurrently * Proven problem solving abilities and ability to work independently, self-starter * Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) * Pharmaceutical experience, basic design skills and meeting planning experience a plus * Print production background and/or fulfillment experience helpful * Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and oversee budgets
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $20 - $26
