Summary
Provides administrative support to the HR Field Operations team. Coordinate and oversee company sponsored events, employee functions and HR projects as assigned. Ensures data integrity through regular audit process. Responsible for managing the data entry processes and reporting (HRIS). Answers benefit program and policy questions. Resolves employee benefit issues. Manages the employee separation process. Skills equivalent to 3-5 years in comparable position. Must have experience with PeopleSoft (query, reporting, lookup & view), Kronos timekeeping system and Microsoft office products. Must be flexible in work hours-some overtime may be required. Proven outstanding written and oral communication skills area must along with sound reasoning ability, judgment and time management.
Responsibilities
* Provides administrative support to HR personnel, including preparing memos, spreadsheets and/or presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; coordinating travel arrangements; scheduling meetings, events, programs, and activities; preparing agendas; submitting expense reports; organizing and maintaining filing systems; and ordering office supplies. * Assists department personnel with hardware and software requests, telecommunication set up and maintenance, etc. * Performs additional duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* 1+ years in a support role within an HR Department required * Peoplesoft experience preferred. * MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint experience required. * Experience in scheduling meetings & events required. * Experience in presenting material to employees required. * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy * Ability to listen and understand and to convey information through speaking and writing * Must have good professional acumen when interacting with internal customers * Ability to quickly develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others * Must be available to work overtime * Must have a high level of proficiency in PeopleSoft, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TWC automated travel systems (Concur/BCD Travel)

Working Conditions

Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
