Corporate Project Manager

MasterControl is an international software solutions company that provides software solutions for regulated companies to comply with rigid quality standards. Our customers include medical device, pharmaceutical, and food companies that must conform to FDA regulations, as well as general manufacturing companies that require a high level of quality compliance, such as those found within ISO standards.

The Corporate Project Manager will perform an integral role within MasterControl. The position will be responsible for the end to end ownership of multiple corporate projects for the Corporate Services organization (working with the CEO and other leaders) and cross departmental project management for MasterControl's senior leadership team. The Corporate Project Manager will manage all aspects of projects including scheduling, project resources, research, milestone tracking, and budget management while working closely with MasterControl's Leadership Team to determine project scope and deliverables.

* Manage a prioritized kanban of cross departmental projects that have executive visibility * Work with CEO and VP of Corporate Operations and Human Resources to execute projects related to customer outreach, leadership development and company culture improvement * Build and manage schedules and project plans for all assigned projects * Assist senior leaders in the planning (brainstorming & coordination), design, and execution of projects involving both internal and external stakeholders * Work closely with CEO and executive team to understand corporate strategy and execute companywide objectives * Provide effective communication regarding project status, issues, and objectives with leadership team and project stakeholders * Gather information and translate into professional communication for the organization using PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, e-mail, and other forms of communication * Continuous prioritization of all assigned projects and backlogs * Implementation of proven project management methodology while ensuring MasterControl quality standards are upheld * Work closely with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure project completion * Stay informed of corporate developments and trends within MasterControl and the Life Sciences industry as a whole

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Experience managing project plans, time lines, test plans, resources and budgets * Skills in project management methodologies, processes and industry standard tools * Ability to clearly articulate goals, ideas, and information * Capacity to motivate, lead, and boost morale of teams * Effective time management and logical decision-making ability * Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented * Superior written and verbal communication skills including with executive level presentations * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) * Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills required * Ability to relate well at all levels of the organization, building rapport and maintaining collaborative relationships * Strong sense of project ownership and accountability, ability to move objects forward and stay on top of deadlines * Professional demeanor and positive attitude **Physical Demands and Working Conditions:** Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for an extended period of time. **Minimum Requirements:** * 5+ years of relevant work experience * Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business degree or relevant field of study (or equivalent professional experience) is required * PMP Preferred
