Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the lead generation, management and nurture programs are operating efficiently, effectively and driving the desired results. Responsibilities will include: managing the day-to-day functions of lead generation (including PPC), maintaining the integrity of James Hardie's lead database, administration of lead nurture email campaigns, working with our Marketo and digital agencies to ensure lead management and nurturing projects are on time and within budget, providing reporting on lead generation and nurture campaign performance with actionable insights, and assisting in the strategy and workflow for new lead nurturing efforts. The Digital Marketing Specialist will frequently work with stakeholders across departments, including segments and legal teams. The role will support and contribute to the Digital Marketing Manager's planning, strategy and concepts.
Responsibilities
* Contributes to strategy and creative input for James Hardie’s B2B and B2C lead generation and lead nurturing efforts. * Managing outside vendors to ensure campaigns set up and executed on time and within budget * Assist in day-to-day management of lead generation efforts, including: paid search campaigns, lead management, managing the updates to email templates, managing changes to existing drip campaigns, overseeing the addition of new automated drip campaigns * Maintain integrity and proper segmentation of B2B and B2C lead data * Prepare and communicate reporting on all things lead management: generation efforts, email campaign effectiveness, database trends and quality, etc. * Estimated allocation of time 30% Marketing lead generation & nurturing strategy development, 70% tactical program specific contribution. * Oversees project prioritization and allocation of team resources (time, people, and investment). Establish, build, and maintain relevant internal and external relationships, including internal cross functional teams.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field * 5+ years of Marketing experience, including managing lead generation programs * Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) * Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and SalesForce * Experience with email platforms (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) * Strong writing and communication skills
