Summary
The HRIS Analyst will support the Human Resource Information Systems team - in both day-to-day tasks and projects. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role also supports any projects related to HRIS upgrades as assigned.
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR Systems, including but not limited to HRIS/Payroll, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking and New Hire processing. * Serve as technical expert and support the maintenance of new and existing human resources systems and programs * Serve as customer support and contact for members of the HR teams and employee related services (Employee Self Service) * Maintain system and end user documentation to include functionality, procedures, processes, reports, information and workflows. * Ensure the integrity of data within HR systems. Periodically coordinate audits to ensure data is available to meet business requirements and to ensure data reliability. * Assist in a broad range of data analysis. Present results of analysis in an accurate, professional and informative manner. * Assist in the development of training materials, reporting and analysis tools. * Work to develop and present ad hoc reporting as requested by management.
Ideal Candidate
* Understanding of HRIS database structure, processes and reporting tools and be proficient in MS Office Suite * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, concatenation and other functions) * Ability to pick up systems quickly * Working knowledge of data reporting * Analytical skills necessary to assist in developing custom solutions, work flow, testing, and debugging techniques * Critical thinking skills in standardized situations as well as non-routine problems * Ability to partner with internal and external resources to ensure timely solutions * High work capacity, dependable, results oriented and strong sense of urgency * Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities * Excellent organizational skills, with precise attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines. * Ability to communicate information to HRIS team, HR business partners, and leaders in a clear and concise manner. **Education/Experience:** * Bachelor's degree required. * 2-3 years of HRIS Analyst experience required * Knowledge of systems including ADP Enterprise V5 and ADP Report writer SuccessFactors, and Kronos Workforce Ready desirable
