Under the supervision of the Social Marketing Director, the Program Coordinator will be a hub for the daily activities that keep social media marketing programs for some of the world’s biggest brands, thriving. Overall responsibilities include assisting with the development, management and implementation of strategic social marketing programs, including but not limited to:

a. Community management b. Measurement and reporting c. Social paid media management d. Content development e. Research and analysis

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Less than 1 year of social marketing experience/internship at an agency preferred.
• • Community management and rapid response.
• • Listening and conversation analysis.
• • Complex project management.
• • Social paid media management.
• • Writing for social marketing.
• • Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs.
• • Agency experience preferred.
