Summary
The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting iCIMS’ growth by evaluating and monitoring cross departmental processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving enhancements to iCIMS’ customer experience within defined market segments. The Analyst will partner with internal stakeholders and management to conduct internal process audits. They will evaluate the results from each audit and identify opportunities to improve the underlying business drivers to that segment’s performance. Where there are opportunities, they will prepare recommendations for revenue driven, sustainable solutions, garner cross-departmental alignment for change, and drive projects to enact approved changes. The Analyst will communicate operational changes across departments and monitor performance outcomes of instituted changes.
Responsibilities
* Coordinates with applicable departments, managers and senior leaders in order to understand and assess the end to end customer experience within the defined segment. * Evaluates processes systematically to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions. * Documents process flows and creates procedure manuals (when needed) for the functions performed. * Evaluates data to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders aimed towards improving process standards and workflows. * Advises managers and other decision makers on the impacts of various courses of action to take in order to address a problem. * Leads cross-departmental process improvement projects through completion including goal setting, project tracking, performance / results tracking and monitoring. * Shares knowledge of processes and systems with new analysts. * Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies. * Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operational environment, process improvement or other role that focused on development and implementation of controls and procedures. * Aptitude for process improvement (Lean or Six Sigma preferred, but not required). * Proven business acumen through exceptional problem solving and investigative skills. * Demonstrated experience in transforming raw data into meaningful information. * Exceptional project management skills with an ability to consistently meet deadlines. * Excellent communication skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. * Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. * Adaptable and self-motivated. * Committed to creating and delivering a customer experience second to none for internal and external stakeholders. * Detail oriented with a focus on consistency and accuracy.
