Social Marketing Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will lead daily activities on digital and social media marketing programs for some of the world’s biggest brands. This position requires a passion for technology, social and digital media; an exploratory spirit; an analytical mindset and creative copywriting experience in social channels.
This position is based in our brand new office in downtown New York City. You’ll be working with an exceptional team that values creativity, inclusiveness and accountability for outstanding client work.
Overall responsibilities include assisting with the development, management and implementation of strategic social marketing programs, including but not limited to:
- Content development
- Paid social media planning and management
- Community management
- Measurement and reporting
- Insights, research and analysis
- Two years social marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Content development and community management
- Listening and conversation analysis
- Complex project management
- Social paid media management
- Writing for social marketing
- Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs
- Agency experience preferred
