Summary
Hometeam is hiring an Enterprise Solution Architect to work closely with prospects and clients to interpret and translate client requirements into an Enterprise solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Reporting to the VP, Enterprise, this individual will drive internal functional collaboration and approval of service delivery and technology solutions. S/he will also interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transitions, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. This individual will act as a key member of the sales team, representing the solution to key prospects, clients and internal groups.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate across Enterprise, Operations and Product teams to develop a go-to-market value proposition for new enterprise solutions * Understand and translate buyer requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal and cost estimates; leverage standard process methods and deliverables * Assist and make recommendations on the qualification of assigned opportunities and pursuits * Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution to the client buyer(s), industry leadership, functional and business owners * Clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; work with the VP, Enterprise and SMEs to determine the overall value proposition; provide input to the deal team on BD spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan * Drive the necessary delivery sign-off of the solution with proper input from relevant SMEs on client business objectives, industry and clinical goals, risk assessment, budget and preferences * Convert the final solution to commercial documents including statement of work (SOW), schedules and other contractual documents; coordinate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure documents meet internal standards * Collaborate with the delivery organization to build out the necessary implementation plans
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years experience in sales support and solution development; preferably in healthcare * Deep experience with product development and implementation management; exposure to a mix of both hands-on technical and consultative work desired * Comfortable switching between high-powered business development meetings with client executives and rolling up sleeves with local operations teams * Demonstrated project & change management skill set; able to multitask, prioritize, and work well in an entrepreneurial environment * Excellent presentation & communication skills * Independent and comfortable with minimal support in a fast-paced environment * A natural curiosity, desire to learn and drive to achieve * A genuine desire to serve others and passion to help those in need
