(New York, New York)Symphony has attracted the world’s top financial institutions with a $66 million investment to develop a scalable, cloud-based and highly secure collaboration and communication platform that will address the enterprise and compliance requirements for the financial services industry.
As a Symphony Sales Intern, you'll support the Head of Sales/Business Development for the region, the Account Managers, Sales Specialists and Community Specialists. Your role will be a blend of sales support functions, client engagement planning and sales analysis.

Support sales organization in all aspects of daily business including:
- Client correspondence (preparation of marketing materials, engaging with initial client setups, first time user experience welcome package)
- Creating client presentations, scorecards and client update with sales team
- Assist with capturing sales interactions into Salesforce, updating opportunity statuses, product feature requests and managing lead pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- Enrollment in bachelor’s degree program with a strong GPA
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Immaculate written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Must be able to physically work in our New York City, London, or Hong Kong offices
- Must be authorized to work in the relevant country (US, UK or HK) without Visa or work permit sponsorship
Nice to have:
- Previous intern experience in advertising, marketing, sales, lead generation, or related spaces
- Previous startup experience
- Knowledge of the Finance industry and Fintech ecosystem is highly preferred
