Summary
Twitch is looking for a dynamic, strategic marketer to join our team. This role will lead the integration marketing strategy for the Developer Success team to ensure effective deployment of (360) marketing activities, integration with products and brand alignment. You will build the end to end solution for launching measurable marketing campaigns that drive highly-qualified leads. Responsibilities
* Build out the marketing measurement tools and reporting structure for understanding the performance of marketing campaigns in online and offline channels * Develop integrated marketing strategy, planning and coordinate the execution of global programs to drive new audience acquisition and pipeline goals. * Recommend and implement various marketing systems and tools needed to effectively monitor campaigns. * Establish and maintain new channels for inbound lead generation, including direct marketing, email marketing, paid search, content syndication, social advertising, webinars etc. * Analyzes and communicate performance of individual marketing campaigns, tests, and initiatives to drive better marketing and product decisions.
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements** * Proficiency with marketing automation systems, Salesforce.com, email and content marketing systems, social media monitoring tools, web analytics tools and marketing databases (SQL skills) * Ability to generate and quickly execute upon actionable recommendations based on data analysis * Understanding of game developer KPIs and campaign performance metrics across online marketing channels * Experience defining LTVs, Tracking and Attribution models, database management. * SEO/SEM and paid acquisition campaign experience. **Bonus Points** * Experience acting as a liaison between sales and marketing teams * Experience commissioning marketing content from external partners
