Summary

To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the HR Department and to contribute to the provision of excellent colleague services to the location. Due to the requirements of this particular location, successful candidates will be bilingual (English and Vietnamese and/or Cambodian).

Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support in preparing all relevant employee documentation, including new-hire onboarding.
  • Administers the HR database and associated systems and ensures the accuracy of information.
  • Administrates employee data systems and processes to promote positive employee relations and minimize absence rates.
  • Generates KPI data using the HR Systems to inform functional and business decision makers.
  • Collates and provides relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner showing trends and in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence data.
  • Provides support to the HR Team in recruitment, absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes to promote efficient service delivery.
  • Provides procedural direction to employees on HR related policies and practices.
Ideal Candidate
  • High school diploma or equivalent - some college coursework preferred
  • Bilingual in English as well as Vietnamese and/or Cambodian - essential
  • Previous experience in using computer systems and software such as Word, Excel, Email, Power Point, databases.
  • Proven administrative ability, to include prioritizing work load.
  • Ability to make fair and accurate decisions in line with policies and procedures.
