Summary
The Manager, Digital Marketing (MDM) is responsible for developing Away from Home (AFH) and Channel specific digital marketing plans and initiatives to drive brewer system penetration, lead generation and attachment rate. The MDM oversees the digital marketing strategy for the AFH Channel in partnership with the AFH Marketing Leaders and eCommerce team. The MDM will work with internal cross functional teams and external agencies to develop and execute digital initiatives. The MDM may also work directly with customer marketing groups to identify promotional opportunities via customer database/efforts. In addition, he/she will work with sales managers and distributor customers to ensure brand equity and compliance in use of all trademarks.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage multiple strategic AFH digital initiatives to drive lead generation and awareness through AFH landing pages, banner advertising and social media opportunities. * Own planning and budgeting for all AFH digital marketing. * Make recommendations to increase quantity and quality of leads through digital enhancements and new initiatives. * Manage multiple AFH websites/platforms including a distributor/partner site and marketing support site. Make recommendations for site enhancements for ease of use and driving profitable growth. * Lead the exploration of new marketing communications to drive incremental growth and build the commercial system brand. * Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the AFH landing pages. * Manage the conversion tracking process through improvements to the website rate tracking initiatives, including individual verticals. * Develop and manage digital lead generation marketing campaigns. * Utilize a range of digital techniques to achieve strategic initiatives. * Manage online campaigns to raise brand awareness. * Manage the ongoing evaluation of the Business Solutions Website and AFH Landing pages. * Partner with the eCommerce team to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the Business Solutions Website. * Conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. * Act as the leader and liaison between multiple cross functional teams including Marketing, Leads Administration, Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IT, Legal, Finance and External Partners. * Build effective and productive relationships with customers and external partners. * Track and manage initiatives to allocated budget and calendar. * Ensure key goals meet required timelines, with high quality. * Share best practices/learnings internally/externally. * Effectively represent the AFH Channel to customers, prospects and partners. * Develop effective and respectful relationships with all stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with a minimum 4 years of experience with Digital Marketing, preferably in a “Fortune 500” company learning selling and/or marketing skills, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage or related industries * Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally * Proficiency in MS Office Suite a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Strong understanding of digital, eCommerce, and marketing functions * Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast and changing business environment * Ability to develop and communicate marketing perspectives * Strong reporting, analysis and measurement skills * Experience in working with and managing external partners * General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards * Ability to travel as needed including travel for marketing and sales meetings, tradeshows and/or customer shows and meetings with external partners
