Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for adapting our corporate and product messaging to our current and future customers in an authentic and human way. This role must have an intuitive understanding of what makes our story compelling, an obsession with empowering our customers, and a passion for new approaches to communicating. This is a results driven role, and is accountable for delivering a measurable impact in demand creation, pipeline acceleration, customer loyalty, and customer expansion. We are looking for a leader that aims to grow, inspire and scale a team, but who leads from the front and isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty. Responsibilities: - Design effective campaign strategy, align all stakeholders, document campaign plans, and oversee their execution across all marketing program tactics. - Adapt our corporate and product message to key audiences in a creative and cost effective manner. - Own the audience messaging framework. - Collaborate with the Sales and SDR teams on messaging for prospecting programs. - Collaborate with the Customer Success and Outreach teams on messaging for customer programs. - Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure campaigns are on brand both visually and voice. - Collaborate with Product team to ensure we avoid hyperbolic or otherwise inaccurate marketing claims. - Map out our customer journeys, by buyer persona, and ensure the appropriate content exists mapped to their respective buying cycles. - Orchestrate the efforts of inbound marketing, email marketing, outbound calling, advertising, PR, social, and community to ensure a cohesive message and comprehensive campaign strategy. - Ensure proper budget management to enable accurate tracking of campaign spend by program tactic and intended audience. - Optimize marketing spend and effort towards tactics that deliver maximum return. - Identify gaps in our demand generation strategy & fill them in an entrepreneurial environment. - Define, understand, and optimize the entire lead lifecycle, from first web visit to loyal customer advocate.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** - 7+ years of progressive experience, ideally at SaaS or B2B technology companies. - 5+ years of experience in content marketing, demand generation, or campaign management. - Experience marketing to a technical audience, and ability to simplify the complex. - Creativity in developing actionable strategy and seeing it through to execution. - Exceptional copywriter, editor and content marketer. - Track record of delivering measurable financial results through marketing tactics. - Facility with budgeting and planning. - Marketing program management experience in a marketing automation platform. - Ability to succeed in a collaborative startup environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience marketing to developers, engineering management, and system administrators.
