Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to be successful creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Concepts and creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent. - Develop and manage an integrated demand generation plan - Define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs, including: lead nurturing campaigns, field events, banners, webcasts, syndicated content, and PPC programs - Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over time - Own complete campaigns from idea to execution - Manage SEO/SEM strategies - Manage events - Implement testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performance - Manage the demand generation budget - Marketing Communications: develop and support Marketing Communication Strategies for our clients and prospects.

The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate qualifications in all areas identified as Primary Responsibilities and: - Experience designing and executing effective B2B lead generation programs - First-hand experience working with marketing automation solutions - Experience managing search engine marketing programs - A track record of success in taking an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding lead generation targets - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, proven by successful references from their marketing and sales colleagues. **Education and Experience** - 2+ years of related experience - Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms - Demonstrated experience at B2B technology company (incentive experience a plus) - BA/BS degree in Marketing
