Responsibilities
**Job Summary:** - The position involves executing targeted client account and opportunity client marketing programs for the Health & Public Service operating group in North America. This individual will work closely with Issue Based Campaign marketing leads, industry sales leads and account team leadership in North America to help drive the qualification, design, resourcing, rollout and measurement of marketing initiatives focused on business growth – namely Intelligent Client Content Marketing (iCCM) and Opportunity Centric Marketing (OCM). - This position requires experience of business-to-business marketing in the professional services or IT services marketplace – particularly focused on account growth and deal win rate improvement. Responsibilities include the development of marketing strategy and plans aligned to business growth objectives, implementation of marketing campaigns for specific accounts / deals, and measurement and performance improvement. This role will require collaboration with the broader marketing and communications teams for H&PS and Accenture broadly and third party partners and vendors. - The individual in this role must be a self-starter with strong executive presence and able to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment at all levels of the organisation. Must possess deep business acumen and be comfortable coaching business teams on high touch, high value marketing strategies and plans focused on preference purchase aspects of the market lifecycle. **Key Objectives:** - Increase marketing focus at the preference and purchase end of the market lifecycle to help fuel business growth for Health & Public Service in North America in line with our Issue Based, Content Led, Digitally Enabled marketing strategy and approach. Enhance client perception of Accenture, differentiate Accenture from competitors, and create preference for our services and assets in North America. - Enable North American Health & Public Service business teams to help grow client relationships and conversations and improve deal win rates. - Increase efficiency and effectiveness of programs by applying best practice techniques and bringing innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead iCCM and OCM qualification by analysing sales pipeline and by working with industry marketing leads, account teams, industry sales leads and bid teams. - Deliver cost-efficient integrated marketing campaigns including message development, creating marketing collateral, tailored email, digital and social media outreach. - Draw insights from monthly iCCM program analytics and OCM win / loss reviews to refine programs and improve performance. - Work with sales teams to identify opportunities to group like deals in a single OCM program. - Work with corporate functions such as competitor intelligence, proposal centres and Accenture research to drive differentiation and personalisation. - Collaborate with IBC leads – understanding relevance of campaigns to accounts / deals, and sharing insights from accounts / deals to help improve relevance of IBCs and client experience. - Build relationships with business teams – account leadership and sales teams – coaching them on best practice iCCM / OCM strategy, tactics and implementation – to help improve H&PS client relationships and deal win rates. - Identify opportunity to apply creative marketing innovation in pursuit of business growth eg implementation of client perception studies, client value reports, etc. - Assist planning of investments and manage operational budget items. - Ensure that all global marketing policies and procedures are followed. - Travel domestically and / or internationally, as needed on limited basis.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 5 years’ experience in integrated marketing particularly client and opportunity centric marketing programs **Preferred Qualifications:** - Good experience in B2B marketing including digital, social media and marketing analytics **Professional Skill Requirements:** - Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge, knowledge of Accenture's areas of business - Understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts - Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues - Budget management and financial reporting skills - Excellent customer service skills - Executive presence and influence - Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrixed environment - Global perspective and understanding of local business marketplace - Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately within Marketing & Communications and other areas of Accenture - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and budgets - Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
