Summary
The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the digital demand generation channels that drive qualified leads to the G5 sales team. This role will be an integral part of the demand generation team, driving the strategy and execution of our digital campaigns including, but not limited to: PPC, content syndication, social campaigns and email campaigns. To thrive in this role, you need to be a self-starter who geeks out on measurable results and analytics. As a driving force of our lead generation machine, you will have the opportunity to build our digital marketing strategies, but must also see them through execution and analysis. Working closely with the marketing and product teams to understand the needs of the business, the Digital Marketing Manager will be accountable to delivering highly-qualified leads through targeted digital campaigns. This is truly a role that will help ‘Change the Game’.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the existing Demand Generation team to analyze & improve lead generation programs and processes * Be responsible for executing strategy for each channel in a campaign, including but not limited to: email marketing, direct mail, tradeshows, webinars and digital advertising * Plan and execute persona-based demand generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound channels * Manage campaign calendar and work to ensure campaigns are successfully delivering against defined lead generation objectives * Write and manage the execution of email marketing programs that support and grow the pipeline of active prospects * Measure and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns * Work directly with the Creative Services Team to direct the creation of content to support your campaigns that comply with brand standards * Work with internal and external marketing resources to produce and deliver initial program concepts, execution of creative process, program execution and success measurement. * Work closely with Marketing Operations to create targeted and segmented email acquisition and nurture strategies for specific campaigns * Exemplifies G5’s core values and behaviors
Ideal Candidate
* 4-6 years experience executing integrated marketing campaigns * Proven track record of delivering against MQL and revenue goals * A data-driven innovation to deliver targeted content to relevant audiences * A deep understanding of the buyer’s journey * The capability to think creatively and test new ideas * An in-depth understanding of best practices and KPIs * A desire to grow in a fast-paced environment * The capability to execute rapidly and efficiently in an unstructured environment
