Summary

Fullscreen is looking for a Marketing Media Manager to join our SVOD team and help build the paid media strategy for acquiring subscribers. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic leader who has in-depth knowledge of SEM, SEO, and managing paid media across social platforms. This role will lead and execute campaign launches, creative A/B testing, and optimizing performance across channels. The ideal candidate has strong qualitative skills, a passion for and knowledge of YouTube, digital entertainment, eCommerce, and experience with growing subscription services.

Responsibilities
  • Build 360 media campaigns and overarching strategy to market SVOD service designed to exceed subscriber growth goals
  • Expert in AdWords to ensure competitive bids, top placement, and effective ad copy
  • Execute paid media campaigns across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other emerging social platforms to promote SVOD service
  • Manage paid media budget across all channels (SEM, Display, etc.) to track performance (PPC, SAC, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with partners to enhance channel performance and capitalize on new biddable ad products, specifically working with Facebook PMDs and Twitter MPPs for programmatic social buying
  • Define targeting parameters for paid social campaigns based on social and on-channel data
  • Experience with real-time optimizing on creative and copy
  • Analyze paid performance and provide recommendations for future paid executions
  • Share social insights with team including best practices, competitive analysis and create thoughtful recommendations of new tactics that are backed by data to elevate performance against our KPIs
  • Apply a native understanding of digital with an emphasis on video, display, rich media and social to tell great stories and communicate large ideas
  • Launch campaigns that connect with audiences and create anticipation leading up to launch days and beyond
  • Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance
  • Implement lead tracking to measure ROI and strategic analysis of campaigns
  • Collect deep insights while testing audiences, creative, taglines, media types, etc. to understand the drivers of impact
  • Quality control, trafficking creative and ad tags using 3rd party ad server tools and bid managers
  • Stay informed with respect to industry, direct competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
  • Research and qualify all new social media partner opportunities; bring innovative social publishers into the mix for campaign consideration
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a media manager in digital marketing including set-up, management, and optimization of SEM/SEO, paid social and RTB initiatives that drive business objectives
  • 5+ years of experience planning media mix and executing 360 campaigns across multiple digital/social channels
  • Strong SEM, SEO, AdWords experience
  • Experience prospecting/leading acquisition efforts through online channels (paid search and display) to convert audiences into subscribers
  • Leverage an understanding of marketing and media analytics to make data actionable through continuous testing and optimization of campaigns
  • High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • 2+ years of experience pulling data and generating advanced reports within a PMD/Social Ads API, a DSP User Interface - ideally, both
  • Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem and the role that SEM/SEO, paid social and programmatic play within marketing funnel
  • Masterful communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team setting
