Summary
The Associate Marketing Specialist will lead the tactical implementation and optimization of our clients’ SEO and paid search efforts. This client facing role will require regular interaction and reporting, as well as ad writing and content creation.
Responsibilities
* On-page optimizations of our client business websites * Administering SEO related services such as Top 10 Directory Listings, Google Analytics training, and SEO consultations and report building for clients. * Setting up and managing search marketing campaigns, including display, retargeting and geo fencing campaigns * Educating other team members on SEO/SEM * Create and optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing * Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns * Advocating for SEO/SEM best practices and helping implement strategic plans to grow client sites * Continual development, adherence to, improvement and updates to SEO standards and application of those techniques
Ideal Candidate
* BS/BA degree, or equivalent experience * 1-2 years of proven ability leading and implementing SEO and SEM strategy and campaigns. AdWords and Analytics Certification a plus. * Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster tools, Facebook Ads * Knowledge of HTML and ability to read HTML code * Ability to clearly communicate with clients, and be able to demonstrate successes and failures of a digital campaign to account executives and clients * Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker with attention to detail * Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills * Willingness to engage collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented, client-first environment. * Regular attendance and a regular work schedule is an essential function of this job
