Senior Mobile Marketing Manager

Founded in 2012, Peloton brought top talent together in its Silicon Alley headquarters to create a new concept in fitness. We loved cycling but had a hard time finding a workout that consistently fit our schedules, and our at-home workouts never felt quite up to par. So, we set out to create a world-class indoor cycling studio experience on your time, and in the comfort of your own home.

The mobile marketing manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention for Peloton's mobile app. This position reports to the senior acquisition marketing manager.

* Plan, implement, and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, display, and social media to drive mobile app installs * Partner with external media agency to develop plans and purchase media * Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance * Work with product and tech teams to develop campaigns to optimize activation and retention metrics * Collaborate with the creative team to concept and execute on image and video creatives * Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile marketing

* 3-5 years experience in mobile digital marketing, with in-depth operational experience with multiple digital channels: social advertising, display advertising, and SEM * Detailed working knowledge of mobile analytics and attribution tools and experience working with engineers to integrate SDKs and implement analytics tags * Expert operational knowledge of advertising platforms and related tools (eg. AdWords, DoubleClick, Facebook marketing partners, tag managers, etc.) * Strong understanding of general advertising and direct marketing performance metrics * Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, SQL knowledge preferred
