Summary
Support clients, working with more senior HR staff to provide proactive HR solutions to enhance and maintain productive and cooperative work environments, engage employees and facilitate the achievement of business goals. This will require application of sound technical understanding of intermediate, yet still somewhat routine HR tasks, methods, practices and disciplines. Support the development, implementation and delivery of workforce and HR analytics. Contribute to the success of the company through collection, report creation and analysis of workforce related information as well as creating presentations of reports.
Responsibilities
* Assist HR Business Partners to implement and facilitate programs and initiatives such as performance management, succession planning and employee survey results communication. * Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. * Participates in employee and leader training. * Assist HR Business Partners in gathering and analyzing compensation data related to internal equity studies and well as promotion and market pay change considerations. * Conduct and document exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. * Act as key Business Unit Representative on annual operational workforce planning project (OWB) team. This will include system and process development, training and facilitation of headcount budgeting process each year. * Work closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders to produce reports and dashboards while ensuring consistency and standardization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing scheduled reports, ad hoc reports, identifying trends and providing analysis that will assist senior management decision making activities. * Update Human Resource data on company intranet site. * Make employee policy updates and assist in the implementation and application of new and existing personnel policy. * Work on special projects to include participation on corporate HR initiatives. * Model Enbridge values and helps leaders incorporate values into their decision making.
Ideal Candidate
* An appropriate baccalaureate degree preferred, preferably with specialized training in Human Resources Management. * A minimum of 2 – 4 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources. * Advanced experience with Excel, Word and Power Point with regard to manipulating large amounts of data, performing analysis and creating reports for various levels of management * Flexible and decisive with an ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment * Experience managing processes/projects with attention to detail * Strong organizational and follow up skills * Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) to all levels of management * Strong, creative problem solving skills * PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
