Summary
Our Client Services Associates are key representatives to our customers and patients across the country. You’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our clients, their patients and the Emmi organization – helping improve patients’ experience with the healthcare system on very personal and important levels. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that clients embrace the value of and use our Emmi programs to their maximum potential. In addition, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the satisfaction and well-being of our physician practice clients. The right candidate will interact with clients to capture their support needs, resolve issues, and provide ongoing review and reporting to ensure the client’s continued use of the Emmi products. This position is based in Chicago and reports to the Client Services Manager.
Responsibilities
* Provide high caliber end user support for clients and consumers on Emmi products, escalating issues intra- and inter-departmentally as needed * Track and manage outstanding issues and actions * Manage setup, training and oversight of assigned physician practice clients * Make utilization and best practice calls to physician practices * Ensure contract renewals with physician practice clients * Demonstrate Emmi products as a solution relative to the needs of the client * Evaluate client satisfaction and recommend appropriate solutions as required * Provide administrative support to the Client Services department and management * Generate and distribute internal and client-facing reports * Assist senior team members in the development and execution of implementation project plans for our enterprise clients * Assist senior team members in monitoring utilization of products for our enterprise clients * Work closely with customers in addressing concerns * Provide recommendations/consultation to management on areas for departmental process improvement * Support and provide input to product design, development, documentation, and testing * Educate and train other Emmi Solutions employees on process improvements * Perform other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent customer service skills: enthusiastic, efficient, and effective * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Experience in a healthcare setting (internships and education will be counted as experience) * While a Bachelor's Degree is required, a degree in healthcare would be preferable * Ability to handle multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to support multiple client and internal projects simultaneously * Ability to work effectively in teams and independently * Skilled in report writing * Proficient skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. * Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
