Summary
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CFO. This individual must be highly organized and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
* Manage the CFO's calendar on a day to day basis and keep the CFO up to date on any changes and or additions. * Maintain daily schedule and screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond, using discretion at all times. * Assist with the creation of presentations for Board of Directors, Investors and other meetings. * Support the company's investor relations function by coordinating investor meetings and fulfill investor information requests. * Coordinate travel, trip itineraries, and process travel expenses. * Assist with the preparation of departmental, company, Board, and Investor meetings. * Anticipate the CFO's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive. * Provide proper pre/post meeting preparation. * Keep meeting notes and communicate frequently about projects and schedules. * Provide support to other department executives as needed. * Act as a liaison with other departments and external contacts. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Confidentiality must use discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of position.
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior level executive. * Experience supporting a CFO for a publicly traded company is preferred. * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with others. * Handle sensitive and confidential situations. * Experience preparing Power Point presentations. * Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company.
