Job responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include: coordinating schedules, typing letters and memos, data entry, perform typical administrative functions: incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, copying, and duties like faxing.

Responsibilities

Applicants should possess the following: Outstanding communication, verbal and listening skills; Excellent customer service; Must be extremely dependable/reliable; Must be detail oriented; Must be able to interact with all staff; Must be fast, accurate and type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
