Dwolla provides platforms a simple, fast, and robust service for bank transfers (i.e. ACH transactions). Use branded or white label APIs to verify bank accounts instantly, transfer payments, keep balances, or route funds directly to bank account and routing numbers. A flat, transparent pricing model keeps transactions free of charge and monthly costs consistent. Additional features and services, like White Label or next day payments, may cost extra.
Summary
We are growing the team to meet the market opportunity in front of us. We have a terrific opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative who would have a full quota responsibility, to be achieved by managing the end-to-end sales process from first contact to contract close.
Responsibilities
* Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue quotas and objectives * Develop understanding of our core products in order to address customer questions * Develop new leads through a combination of inbound/organic and outbound emailing/calling * Create effective messaging to pitch and close customers * Consistently build, prioritize and manage an effective pipeline * Attend internal sales meetings and maintain current opportunity detail and forecasting in CRM tools * Proactively communicate with your manager throughout each phase of the sales process * Develop, present and negotiate contract pricing and terms * Effectively create and articulate ROI in the negotiation process to bring the utmost value to both the customer and Dwolla * Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, Economics or Communications * 3+ years of inside sales experience * A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong passion for technology * Strong communication skills including group presentation * An independent work style with good time management skills * An assertive, resilient and persuasive attitude - a true evangelist * Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals, thriving in a commission based structure
