* Social Media - Management of Daon’s social media profiles and presence, creation of engaging content about our products and ability to drive traffic to website. Making sure all channels reflect Daon’s branding and explain our products easily.
* Website - Maintain our website (WordPress) including preparing, editing, writing and integrating content, benchmark where necessary to always add improvements
* CRM - Track leads generated within the company CRM system (SugarCRM), track ROI of marketing efforts, and reports accordingly.
* Content – Excellent at content creation who can utilize storytelling techniques to show how our products are revolutionary (i.e. documentation of trade shows, company and product updates, industry news).
* Public Relations – Support PR activities, write press releases, and maintain a list of analysts, editors, and reporters in our space.
* Benchmarking - Online listening and engagement with relevant social discussion about our company and products, competitors and industry with both existing customers and brand new audiences to build product awareness.
* Sales Campaigns - Creation of effective online sales campaigns with help from sales team through online paid channels and tracking analytics to gauge effectiveness.
* Design - Print and online (social images, tech specs, website updates). Developing marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters, videos, infographics, digital marketing content, exhibition stands) , this includes liaising with Daon Departments and external marketing, video and digital agencies
* Brand - Implementing the Daon brand strategy to ensure a consistent representation of our brand across all touchpoints and increase the visibility of our brand. This also involves includes updating internal protocols e.g. brand guidelines and branded templates
* Communications - Under direction, support the Daon corporate communications strategy, This involves creating content including blogs, videos, social media content, e-zines, web content, posters and brochures. Providing marketing communications advice to Daon Departments, including reviewing content for publication on various channels to ensure branding, design and tone of voice is consistent and appropriate
