Doherty Top Talent in partnership with a top financial client is hiring for a variety of mortgage loan positions in Minneapolis, Bloomington, Saint Paul, and Richfield, MN. Pay ranges from $13-$22/hour, depending on experience level. These positions are contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. Many of our contract employees have enhanced their current skills, had their contracts extended, were converted to permanent employment, or have been reengaged in a different capacity after their assignment ends.

* Collecting, interpreting, and analyzing documents and data. * Maintaining records and databases. * Preparing specialized reports using a variety of PC based software. * Processing confidential information and documents. * Managing a loan pipeline. * Running audit of functional activity reports. * Assisting with the closing of a mortgage, deed of trust or similar real-estate related transaction. * Responsible for mortgage documentation and data control within the corresponding department.

* High School diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education preferred. * Attributes: applicants must be detail orientated, have effective verbal and written communication skills, must be able to proactively raise questions and concerns, and be able to speak effectively in individual or group situations. * Technical skills: must have advanced level of PC skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Industry experience is preferred.
