Facilities Coordinator

We are the original LTL Experts, and we intend to regain our leadership position. We’ll do it by delivering flexibility and reliability to your supply chain through our comprehensive North American coverage and broad portfolio of expedited and specialized LTL services.

Coordinate service requests and/or property repair requests for field locations as part of the Construction and Facilities Maintenance function of the Properties Department.

* Receive, prioritize, and process incoming phone and email requests for any or all of the following: salt & snow removal, landscaping, pest control, security, plumbing, electrical, roofing and HVAC repairs. * Schedule work with approved vendors or forward requests to supervisor based on established criteria (e.g., dollar amount of request). * Follow up with field personnel and vendors upon project completion, including timing and quality. * Process invoices for construction and facility maintenance. * Prepare various construction documents (e.g., AFEs and contracts). * Maintain and update database and files of vendors and subcontractors.

**Requiremennts:** * High school education or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * 2 years’ experience in commercial property management. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific deadlines. * Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. **Preferred Qualification:** * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience in general commercial construction. * Experience with billing and scheduling vendors / subcontractors. * 5 years’ experience.
