Responsibilities
* Input payroll adjustments necessary to ensure payroll is processed timely * Assist in processing multi-state semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP WFN * Responsible for data entry of employee information including new hires, changes, and terminations * Prepare manual pay calculations for terminations and new hires * Collect, follow-up, and complete any open timesheet submissions prior to payroll processing date * Process ad hoc reports at the request of management * Upload files and balance files to source documents for accuracy
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements:** * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required (vlookup and pivot tables) * Basic data entry skills * Basic math skills * Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information **Preferred Skills** * Some familiarity with multi-state wage and hour laws * Ability to manage time and work under strict deadlines * Some college experience a plus * High attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and interact with employees and management * Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $16 and up
