Summary
Curalate is seeking a persistent, self-starting Finance & Strategy Manager who will be responsible for improving strategic and financial decision-making across a rapidly growing & fluid organization. As part of our finance team, you will own Curalate’s operating model, analyze deals and capital allocation decisions, while focusing on our long-term financial strategy.
Responsibilities
* Strategic decision support, including analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling, product/competitive landscape benchmarking, GTM Strategy formulation, pricing/packaging design, and CLTV analysis. * Harnessing data to forecast and project both short and long-term trends in our business, and provide strategic insights * Data mining--experience with SQL is a must--to aid in building elegant Excel models that help management drive financial decision-making * Building elegant models to understand complex relationships between variables and gain insight * Tracking metrics that drive valuation and analyzing the impact decisions have on it * Analyzing deal terms and negotiations with strategic partners and clients and proposing creative solutions to reach a goal or maximize an outcome
Ideal Candidate
* You have 5-7 years of progressive experience with budgeting/planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (e.g FP&A, Consulting, Corporate Finance, IB, or Private Equity) * You have an exceptional ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and discussions across an organization. * You’re a pro in Excel model design and driver-based analyses * You’ve successfully managed a team, aided in the growth and development of junior employees and are a pro at presenting in front of Executive Leadership and Investors * You have a Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative Field **Gold Stars:** * You have a CPA and/or MBA Degree * You have experience with SQL and/or Keynote * You have worked in a high-growth tech company, preferably SaaS * You’ve supported sales & customer facing teams and executives
