Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will work closely with the CFO and other Finance Team members to support planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis for multiple functions and business units within Return Path. This position will be responsible for performing financial analyses and drive the various planning, forecasting and reporting cycles.

* Conduct monthly variance analysis to plan / prior year for all functions and business units on Sales, Revenue, Compensation, Expense, Capex, Cash Performance Management * Build, update and maintain monthly forecast models for areas of responsibility * Support decision making, make recommendations to management, and drive business growth * Build strong business partnerships with other teams, including accounting, transactional processing, legal, business units, and other functional units * Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed to help drive business results * Prepare presentations for Board and Senior Management * Manage the FP&A calendar, including ownership of annual planning process * Document key financial processes, identify and implement process improvements

* 5-7 years of relevant finance decision support experience * Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, business partnership * Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes * Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint user with the ability to manage/format large files, produce ad hoc reports/templates, trouble shoot errors, and perform analysis of data * Ability to function well in a team environment * Strong communication skills and extreme attention to detail * Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner * Ability to handle multiple priorities In addition to the above, you must be a good fit at Return Path.
