Summary
As a Marketing Associate on the Acquisition team, you will help build the strategy and own the execution of marketing campaigns for key social channels, specifically Facebook. You’ll be part of the team responsible for bringing new, passionate crafting enthusiasts to our community of 9+ million members.
Responsibilities
* Manage the content calendar for a subset of Craftsy’s 10+ Facebook pages, which combined represent over 9 million FB followers. This includes collaboration with creative teams (copy & design) to ensure that content is engaging, drives conversions, and is representative of the Craftsy brand. * Be responsible for posting all content to Craftsy’s FB pages. This requires extreme attention to detail, to ensure content is published on time and without errors. * Perform in-depth channel analysis to ensure we’re optimizing social content and driving maximum results. This requires experience using excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) as well as internal reporting tools. * Work closely with a team of bright, early-career digital marketers to apply our broader corporate strategies to our channels in a way that supports aggressive new buyer goals.
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, including execution of marketing campaigns across at least 1 digital marketing channel (email, social, paid search, display, SEO, etc.). Preference given to candidates with Facebook experience. * Experience with content calendar creation, including process management between marketing and creative teams, as well as organization and documentation of key processes. * Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills demonstrated through strong professional experience in a data-driven environment (Excel experience required). * Experience prioritizing, managing and reliably delivering against multiple projects with tight timelines and high expectations. * Experienced with digital performance management toolsets including social listening platforms and analytics packages – Google Analytics/Omniture/WebTrends/etc.
