Summary
**WebMD is searching for a Social Campaign Manager** to be responsible for the success of paid social media campaigns for WebMD’s partners. Our ideal candidate has a passion for engaging content and an insatiable love of all things social. With your experience managing large social media efforts for clients, you understand the importance of proper implementation and that success comes from acute attention to campaign performance data and nimble optimization.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal teams to properly execute all elements of paid social campaigns, verifying set up is consistent with client objectives (performance & optimization) and reporting expectations * Validate with agencies and clients to ensure campaign set-up meets client goals and that the brand is correctly represented * Build solid customer relationships and act as an important point of contact * Ensure appropriate KPIs are established before launch and that KPIs are met throughout the life of the campaign * Create and enforce project schedules and creative/asset submissions, delegating tasks to appropriate teams to ensure deadlines and launch dates are met * Optimize editorial content for social, from topics to design, keeping with partner’s brand voice * Monitor performance throughout campaign lifecycle and provide regular feedback to clients. Prepare final metrics/statistics report at the conclusion of each campaign * Manage budgets, comparing resources spent against campaign estimate * Identify well performing campaigns and facilitate case studies and group learning that will assist partner retention
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of marketing experience working in social media and online advertising, with a successful track record of managing big social accounts across different platforms * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business, or a total of at least 8 years of marketing experience * Proven experience with social media analytics, listening metrics, keyword tracking, and third-party reporting tools * Expertise creating trending/click-worthy posts (image & copy) that encourage traffic & engagement * Demonstrable communication skills, and the ability to handle prestigious clients * Proven organizational ability, critical thinking skills and attention to detail across multiple large initiatives * Demonstrable editorial instincts * Adept at balancing the creative and tactical * Strong work ethic with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
