The Senior Recruiter - Leadership takes an active hands-on role in formulating and administering Recruiting strategies, programs and practices that will ensure access to the highest quality candidates available in the marketplace for Director Level roles across Cox Enterprises.
- Develop, define and execute on recruiting strategies and programs to research, identify, source, and recruit high quality candidates within the Director level space across all divisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
- Manage consistent use of the applicant tracking system (Taleo), with a focus on standardized workflow and compliance.
- Partner with Compensation, as appropriate, to ensure offers are compelling, competitive, and equitable.
- Partner with Diversity & Inclusion experts to develop and manage relationships with diversity talent populations.
- Responsible for maintenance of ATS and TA metrics and scorecard.
- Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field strongly desired.
- Minimum of 7+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition including, but not limited to: sourcing/engaging talent market and the following:

- Highly organized with a sense of urgency, showcasing the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced culture required. Work style conducive to being available for on-going client collaboration throughout the day, which includes impeccable engagement, follow-through, and adaptability. Experience in company setting and working with hiring managers on building job profiles, defining what drives job performance and understanding how to translate that into marketing & strategy techniques/approaches to Talent Acquisition.
