Summary
The Senior Recruiter - Leadership takes an active hands-on role in formulating and administering Recruiting strategies, programs and practices that will ensure access to the highest quality candidates available in the marketplace for Director Level roles across Cox Enterprises.
Responsibilities
* Develop, define and execute on recruiting strategies and programs to research, identify, source, and recruit high quality candidates within the Director level space across all divisions. * Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process. * Manage consistent use of the applicant tracking system (Taleo), with a focus on standardized workflow and compliance. * Partner with Compensation, as appropriate, to ensure offers are compelling, competitive, and equitable. * Partner with Diversity & Inclusion experts to develop and manage relationships with diversity talent populations. * Responsible for maintenance of ATS and TA metrics and scorecard. * Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree in related field strongly desired. * Minimum of 7+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition including, but not limited to: sourcing/engaging talent market and the following: * Responsive Client Partnership & Acumen- * Highly organized with a sense of urgency, showcasing the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced culture required. Work style conducive to being available for on-going client collaboration throughout the day, which includes impeccable engagement, follow-through, and adaptability. Experience in company setting and working with hiring managers on building job profiles, defining what drives job performance and understanding how to translate that into marketing & strategy techniques/approaches to Talent Acquisition.
