Summary

As our FN team continues to transform and grow, the Talent team must bring on an additional hand to manage the recruiting and hiring process. Working across departments, this position will be charged to maintain all recruiting channels and run point on continuing to develop and manage the interview process. Ensuring both FN employees and candidates have the utmost positive experience, this individual must tirelessly work to maintain our high standards of technical and cultural excellence. Now that we’ve grown beyond 100 employees, this individual’s impact will be felt company-wide as seats get filled and our product development and revenue generation becomes even more impressive.
Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruiting pipeline * Interface with team members to constantly iterate interview process to maintain high standards * Maintain high-level knowledge of talent recruiting trends * Identify creative approaches to leveraging the FiscalNote brand and culture in attracting candidates * Strategically and tactfully introduce FiscalNote to leading talent- Engage and keep finger on the pulse of the local tech community

You view interviewing as a very data-driven process from which significant insight can be derived, and rapid iteration implemented if necessary. A staunch supporter of strong culture, you believe there’s so much more to a candidate than purely the technical capabilities or sales numbers reflected on resumes. **You Have** * Undergraduate degree * Two years of internal recruiting (not agency) at a rapidly growing company, preferably within the tech space * Intimate understanding of interviewing best practices * Experience implementing processes that allow for collection and analysis of interviewing and recruiting data, as well as the ability to run basic reporting on said data * Experience using one or more applicant tracking systems (preferably Lever) * Experience in technical recruiting (ideal)
