Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist: Social Media is responsible for spearheading all social media marketing initiatives for the Bank, and to be an active member of the Marketing Team. Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, this is a key role for driving results across Social Media, SEO. The Digital Marketing Specialist will help produce monthly and quarterly reports for business units that will help drive strategic insights and demonstrate a measureable ROI.
Responsibilities
* Manage all corporate social media accounts utilizing social media management software * Work with the Senior Content Specialist to produce engaging, SEO aligned content to increase brand recognition and support the strategic initiatives of individual business units within the bank. * Work with Marketing Specialists and Business Units to strategize, plan, and create content for social media marketing campaigns * Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly for social media sentiment and brand positioning * Create reports with social media analytics to send to Marketing Team and Business Unit leaders for regular updates on content performance * Contribute to broader planning and proposal documents * Aid the development of landing page design, optimization and A/B testing for all marketing campaigns * Work closely with other team members to align digital and content strategy across platforms and ad channels * Attend select marketing meetings and new business meetings
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 1 - 3 years digital marketing experience with a with a strong background managing multiple social media accounts. * Expert understanding of Social Media Marketing strategies and tactics. * Basic understanding of SEO, paid search, SEM. * Extreme proficiency with all social media tools – blogs, video and photo sharing platforms, social media management software, etc. * Strong knowledge of the role social media can play in an organization’s communications strategy – both the risks and the rewards * Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign etc. * Strong conceptual, analytical, and creative skills required * Ability to manage priorities and produce under aggressive deadlines * Must possess exceptional communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational skills and able to finish tasks on schedule with minimal supervision * Ability to work both as an effective team member and on an independent basis * Ability to quickly master technical information * College degree required. BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field preferred

Working Conditions

Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.
