The Human Resources Associate partners with Executive Recruiting Managers to deliver a world class Officer recruiting experience. A service mentality along with a high degree of organization, collaboration, and accountability are critical for success.
Responsibilities
* Schedule executive interviews with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail * Work closely with Executive Recruiting Managers to ensure consistent communication with Business and HR Partners * Resolve complex interview scheduling problems with a focus on quality and urgency * Ensure a best in class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding * Provides logistics support for candidate travel and expenses * Support pre-employment, documentation, and transition to onboarding * Cultivate a strong relationship with candidates, business partners, executive administrative staff, external partners, and HR counterparts to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. * Participates in special projects

**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities** * Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels. * Good organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proven project management skills. * Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports and metrics. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other business related software, especially PowerPoint and Excel. **Education & Experience** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Typically a minimum of five years project related experience plus three years project management experience.
